Over the past years I have studied Ayurveda, Astrology, Tarot, Breathwork, Sound Healing, Human Design, and Meditation, fervently to gain every bit of wisdom to help with my own personal healing. These ancient modalities that I honor have illuminated who I am, why I am here, and how I want to show up in the world. I am all about authenticity, following my passions and helping the collective. I have been drawn to the aspects that light up my soul; health & wellness, travel, art & design, unforgettable experiences, and exquisite food. I am a driven working professional who uses my education from the University of San Diego to seamlessly blend business and psychology into my career. All of this combined has lead me to my soul’s work.
