Over the past years I have studied Meditation, Ayurveda, Reiki, Astrology, Tarot, Breathwork, Sound Healing, Human Design, and Meditation, fervently to gain every bit of wisdom to help with my own personal healing. These ancient modalities that I honor have illuminated who I am, why I am here, and how I want to show up in the world. I am a marketing professional who uses my education from the University of San Diego to seamlessly blend business and psychology into my career. All of this combined has lead me to my soul’s work.
